Grant Description

The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) provides funding for physical and cybersecurity target‑hardening at nonprofit organizations at high risk of terrorist or extremist attack.

Eligibility

• 501(c)(3) nonprofits and certain other tax‑exempt nonprofits at high risk
• USVI nonprofits apply through the territory’s SAA

Application Process

• Prepare an investment justification and site‑specific vulnerability assessment
• Apply via FEMA GO in coordination with the USVI SAA
