Program Description

CDBG‑MIT funds activities that increase resilience and reduce long‑term disaster risk. USVI CDBG‑MIT supports mitigation projects in housing, infrastructure, planning, and economic resilience consistent with the Territorial Hazard Mitigation Plan.

Eligibility

• Eligible governmental and nonprofit entities; some programs may serve communities or residents through specific initiatives
